OUR HISTORY

“Some loves never end, they take huge turns and then come back.”
These words, taken from a song by Venditti, seem to perfectly sum up the story of TASTE, a magical place dedicated to the world of coffee, the fruit of a love story that has literally gone around the world.

The protagonists of this beautiful adventure are Elisa and Fabio, two young people united by the same passion: that for specialty coffee. And it is precisely during an event dedicated to the much-loved drink, in Florence, that they meet and fall in love, and shortly thereafter decide to set off towards
from Australia, to work at ONA Coffee. An experience that will forever change their perception of specialty coffee, and their lives.

That way of conceiving, interpreting, tasting and describing quality coffee captivates and excites them to such an extent that, after a year, they decide to return to Italy to give shape to their greatest dream: to open a place dedicated to the cult of coffee.

Thus was born TASTE Coffee & More, a truly unique space, designed for those who love coffee, and for those who will fall in love with it.

“Filter extractions? A unique and scenic way to enjoy your coffee”

Hi, my name is Elisa and yes, filter extractions are my forte.
Seeing - and tasting - is believing.

My career began in 2014 with the participation in Sigep, where I won a contest for Latte Art beginners. And, from there, I never stopped.
In fact, ten years later, I continue to compete and experiment, also thanks to the support of Fabio, my other half in work and in life.

But among all the goals achieved in this decade, the most beautiful are certainly our beloved children.

“Every coffee has its own story. And I can't wait to tell you about it"

Hi, my name is Fabio and I love communicating through
coffee language. Extracting and serving a good product while telling the customer the characteristics of the chosen variety, its processing, its secrets, well, for me it is priceless.

It all started when, several years ago, I approached the world of coffee through Latte Art... and it was love at first sight.
An infatuation that never faded, which pushed me to delve deeper and deeper into the world of specialty coffee, until the realization of a real dream: the opening of TASTE together with Elisa, business partner and mother of our splendid children.

Today, behind the counter of the restaurant, my Sanremo Opera and I are one, and together we always give our best to serve the best coffee possible every day.
