Together with Brazil, India represents our coffee variety that is roasted exclusively for espresso. Characterized by a slightly prolonged roasting, and therefore closer to the traditional world, this product gives the palate a rather rounded cup.
When tasting, you immediately notice a light fruity note that vaguely recalls apricot, followed by the prevailing hints of toasted dried fruit, toasted bread and cocoa. We therefore find a bit of all those notes present in a more traditional espresso, here enhanced by a truly pleasant hint of bitterness.
At the moment, as anticipated, this variety is roasted exclusively for espresso. However, it should not be ruled out that in the future it may also be offered in the version dedicated to filter roasting.
